The Design Industries Foundation for AIDS was founded in 1984 by volunteer design professionals to raise funds for AIDS and HIV programs in the United States. DIFFA is a grassroots foundation specializing in funding model projects for AIDS/HIV care, treatment, education, prevention, and advocacy that are extremely promising but unproven, and therefore avoided by traditional foundations. The DIFFA Bell is a replica of Paolo Soleri’s Zeffero that hangs in the Neiman Marcus store in Scottsdale, Arizona. The Cosanti Foundation and Neiman Marcus are proud to be among supporters of DIFFA. Each bell bears a unique design handcrafted by a skilled artisan. Original designs will vary greatly from the displayed sample.
