In Swahili, Chupa is the word for “bottle” - a fitting name to this bronze windbell resembling a bottle with its narrow neck and flared bottom. A medium-sized windbell, the Chupa is suspended by three interlocking links and dangles a triangle fin to catch the wind that produces its deep, resonating sound.
